Casa Fidal Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Below you'll find our cancellation policy—clear, fair, and straightforward:

1. Need to cancel? Let us know as soon as possible.

We appreciate it if you inform us right away once you know you need to cancel. It helps us reopen the room for other guests.

2. Refunds upon cancellation:

Cancel more than 8 weeks before your scheduled arrival? You'll receive a full refund.

Cancel between 2 and 8 weeks before arrival? You'll receive a 50% refund of the total amount.

Cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival or no-show? Unfortunately, no refund is possible.

3. In all cases:

The cancellation date is the moment we receive your cancellation request via email.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.

4. If we cancel:

Should Casa Fidal need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you'll receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

5. Natural Disasters & Force Majeure:

Casa Fidal cannot be held liable for cancellations or losses due to force majeure, including wildfires, extreme weather, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

6. Legal Framework:

These cancellation terms are governed by Portuguese law.
